Refund Policy

At CLM Basketball LLC, we work hard to provide high‑quality training, clinics, and development experiences for all athletes. Because our programs require advance planning, facility rental, and coach scheduling, the following refund policy applies to all purchases.
Standard Refund Policy
All sales are final after 24 hours.
CLM Basketball LLC allows refunds only within the first 24 hours from the time of purchase or registration.

Requests must be submitted in writing (email or text) within the 24‑hour window.

If approved, refunds may exclude non‑recoverable processing or transaction fees.
After 24 hours, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including scheduling conflicts, absences, or changes in availability.
Credits & Rescheduling
While refunds are not provided after 24 hours, CLM Basketball may, at its discretion, offer:

Training credits for future sessions

Rescheduled sessions when space allows

Participant substitutions before a program begins
Credits:

Have no cash value

Are non‑transferable unless approved

Must be used within the timeframe communicated during issuance
Missed Sessions
If a participant does not attend a scheduled session:

The session is considered forfeited, and
-
No refund or guaranteed make‑up is provided
We will attempt to accommodate make‑ups only when schedule and space allow, but they are not guaranteed.
Program Cancellations by CLM Basketball
If CLM Basketball cancels a session due to:

Weather
-
Facility closures
-
Staff emergencies
-
Scheduling conflicts
-
Unforeseen circumstances
We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule.
If a reschedule is not possible, we will issue a credit, not a refund.
Camps, Clinics & Special Events
Due to limited capacity and significant planning requirements:

Camp/clinic/event fees are non‑refundable after 24 hours.

No prorated refunds are offered for partial attendance.
Memberships, Packages & Multi‑Session Plans

All package and membership payments are non‑refundable after 24 hours.

Unused sessions expire based on the plan’s stated duration.

Expired sessions cannot be refunded, credited, or extended unless approved in writing.
Injury or Medical Situations
Because athlete availability can change frequently, injuries do not automatically qualify for a refund.
However, CLM Basketball may:

Offer training credits

Allow temporary account holds
Medical documentation may be required. All decisions are made at CLM Basketball’s discretion.
Duplicate Charges or Billing Errors
If a duplicate payment or billing error occurs:

We will promptly investigate and issue a refund when appropriate.

You must notify us within 7 days of the billing issue.
Acceptance of Refund Policy
By registering, purchasing, or participating in CLM Basketball services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
